Cooking food well is the greatest loving act that you can do for someone.

We pray to Saint Lawrence and other kitchen deities to accomplish our goal of putting the best possible meal on the table with what we have. We study techniques as alchemists of the past looking to turn lead into gold.

When the bread is broken and consumed by the eater, we know if our love has been accepted. It can be a simple grunt to a delighted squeal. They can take our labor into their body and nourish their body and soul with our love.
